Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. After this 30-day period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original, unaltered condition
  • In the original sealed packaging with all labels and seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or the seal has been broken
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products returned without a valid proof of purchase
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

When contacting us about a damaged or defective product, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or defective product and packaging, where applicable

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team using the contact details below, stating your order number and the reason for your return request.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 5 business days.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging, including your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

Upon approval of your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
  • If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then contact us if the issue persists.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable federal or state law, including rights available under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable state consumer protection legislation. Where your statutory rights provide greater protection than this policy, those rights will prevail.
